Stolle products originate from New Zealand, where they maintain a stable production of high-quality fresh milk under the principles of "environmental advantages" and "animal-friendly" practices. The dairy cows at Stolle Farms are milked twice daily, first at 5:00 a.m and then at 2:30 p.m. The milking process takes approximately 2.5 hours, varying based on the number of cows. Each cow's milking session lasts about 5-8 minutes (depending on the machine type and milk production of the cow). In order to produce Stolle products, 250,000 liters of fresh milk will be needed every day.
To keep the milk fresh, the farm collects it daily. The milk is initially stored in milk vats in the milking shed, with each milk vat capable of holding 30,000 liters of milk. This ensures the milk remains at a cool temperature (below 6 degrees Celsius) and is ready for the subsequent low-temperature spray drying process, preserving the efficacy and activity of Stolle products.
Stringent quality control measures are implemented at each step of the process to guarantee the quality of the dairy products, allowing consumers to enjoy the health and nutritional benefits of Stolle products fully!
